HOA Dues

Homeowner association dues are used primarily to maintain and enhance the beauty of our neighborhood. Association dues also cover the cost of weekly trash, recyclables and yard waste pick up. See the trash service link for more details about trash service.

 

HOA dues cover from January 1st though December 31st of each year. HOA dues must be paid no later than March 1st of each year for the homeowner to remain in good standing and avoid late payment penalties.

 

The HOA dues for 2026 are $1,500

 

Homeowners can check the status of their HOA dues account on this web site in the Members section.

 

Dues may be paid electronically from this website or sent to the Treasurer.  Please make checks payable to Goodison Hills HOA.
