HOA Trash Service

Our neighborhood is serviced by Priority Waste for weekly trash pick up, weekly pick up of recyclables and weekly pick up of yard waste between April 1st and November 30th.

 

Services by Priority Waste  is completed on each Friday. If a holiday falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the service by Priority Waste  will be delayed by one day.

 

Contact  Priority Waste directly for any service related issues by telephone 586-228-1200. Contact Priority Waste   if you need receptacles replaced or added for your home. Additional receptacles are not paid by the HOA and must be paid by the homeowner.

 

Large household items can be picked up by Priority Waste  . Please contact Priority Waste  to arrange a pick up on any Friday.

 

The cost of these services from Priority Waste is included in the HOA dues for each home.

 

Receptacles may be placed at the curb no sooner than 24 hours prior to scheduled service and removed from the curb no later than 24 hours after the scheduled service.

 

Receptacles must be stored out of site from any neighbor, preferably inside of a garage.
